ModNAV Website Account Registration

To register for a ModNAV ModNAVDB and/or SOHDB account, please complete the following form.

Upon submission you will receive a PDF copy of the registration form, along with instructions for returning the signed form and providing proof of US citizenship.

Registrant Email
Email required.
 Email must be no longer than 100 characters.
 Invalid email address.

 Password cannot be same as username. Password not strong enough.
Must not contain any whitespace
Must be between 8 to 20 characters in length
Must contain at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)

These credentials will be used for authentication if your account is approved. Your password cannot be recovered by the ModNAV web admin. Passwords must be minimum of 8 non-white-space characters including: mixed case, a special character and numbers. Your password cannot be the same as your username

Please identify the government civilian or military officer that your project is supporting.

You will need to obtain this persons signature on the PDF copy of the ModNAV registration form.

If you don't know who your government POC is, ask your manager.

Reason for Access:

You must justify your need to know for access to ModNAV CUI documentation and data. You will be asked to sign a CUI protection agreement as part of the registration process.

Once you submit, information you provide will be used to generate a PDF form which will be emailed to you so that you may collect the authorizing signatures.
